At age 31 Jasone Rodriguez leads technology R&D from inside the architecture; he starts at the problem, then works towards a solution to deliver a product that's practical. His method, however, is continuously adaptive. At the present moment he takes a problem apart, finds the gap and rebuilds the system so that it runs on less; wherein, he sets the architecture himself, holds to his defined engineering standards and executes all work until project completion. This is true of all aspects of computer engineering, from the servers he administers himself to the LLMs he can build from first principles [given the compute]. Jasone Rodriguez founded Global Vibing in February 2026 and runs it as chief technology officer: a Delaware registered technology company, seven live platforms, every one of them operated on infrastructure he administers himself. The mandate was set on day one. Build real products, own the whole outcome, and answer for the results. The company exists to prove a thesis: one person who is the engineer, the founder, and the chief technology officer at once can build and operate a technology company end to end, and seven live platforms stand as the evidence to date. His software engineering, his code, and his artificial intelligence work are self taught, and the products are the proof. Physics is the standing interest behind all of it. He holds a Master of Public Administration from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy at the University at Albany, wherein a concentration in public management joined budgeting, institutional design, and policy coursework with the daily command of production systems. The degree was completed while employed full time. The bachelor's degree before it came the same way, earned while employed part time through every year of college, alongside the grades that earned him Pi Sigma Alpha membership.
Operations came first, and operations set the standard. At Air Liquide Electronics, on site at the GlobalFoundries semiconductor production facility, he serviced the gas and chemical units that feed semiconductor manufacturing, first as a contractor through APR Consulting and then as a senior technician hired directly on merit; there he took command of new hire training, floated to the chemical operations team on demand, worked 80 hour weeks as the norm, and held a zero incident safety record across his tenure in a setting that punishes carelessness without mercy. The lesson stuck. At the International Center of the Capital Region he directed financial strategy research, benchmarked nonprofits through 990 filings, and drove a $10,000 auction fundraiser across a network covering 23 counties to its target. From May to September 2026 he served as Administrator of Jemm, a consumer technology company that specializes in home and office automation hardware, in a dual engagement held by design alongside the chief technology officer seat. He reported to the General Manager and, for a company with a payroll of seven, held authority over payroll, vendor contracts and procurement, budget lines, the HR platform, and every company system [final hiring decisions excepted]; he also ran the first round interview for every software engineer now on staff. The engagement closed as his personal and professional interests diverged from the company's mission.
He has published three works of governance and deterrence theory, Jasutopianism [2021], Lasting Peace [2026], and The Romance Doctrine [2026], because a leader who cannot write the system down does not fully command it. He is bilingual in English and Spanish. His seat is the point where leadership and engineering meet: budgets, standards, doctrine, and the production systems that carry them.

His view of leadership is written down at book length, on the record and open to challenge. Jasutopianism [2021] designs a full governmental and economic system around Three Founding Principles, set for the purpose of continually improving the quality of freedom, life, and prosperity of citizens, and every law in the system must answer to them. A company earns the same treatment. Structure beats personality: the system removes the incentive to be bought rather than asking anyone to be unbuyable. Advancement is earned: a status system rewards recorded merit, and everyone starts from the same level. No seat sits outside the rules, not even the top one: elected officials face impeachment through defined tests of standing and merit, leadership rotates by design, and a Chamber of Citizens exists so the governed can check the governing.
The formal half comes from Rockefeller College at the University at Albany, ranked 27th among public affairs programs nationally by U.S. News and World Report. His Master of Public Administration in Public Administration and Policy carries Public Management as the declared degree focus. The core curriculum ran through Foundations of Public Administration, Public and Nonprofit Financial Management, Valuing People in Public and Nonprofit Organizations, Principles of Public Economics, Data, Models, and Decisions, Statistics for Public Managers and Policy Analysts, Foundations of Public Management, and an Integrative Capstone. The training produced working artifacts [budget analyses, legislative hearing memos, capital project plans], and working artifacts are the only kind he counts.
Both halves issue the same order. Design the structure, then, hold yourself to it.
He writes production code and runs production systems, and he does not delegate the parts that decide the outcome. Every platform in the directory above was designed, built, shipped, and operated by him directly, and he owns the whole stack beneath them end to end: the physical servers, the container platform, the databases, identity and sign in, transactional mail, source control with a security scan on every push, build and release, monitoring, and backups. The artificial intelligence in the platforms is his own work as well: a private search assistant, an AI newsroom with fact checks and multiple perspectives, a self hosted voice engine, a 349 mechanism defender with six autonomous agents, language model orchestration across providers with failover, content moderation, and a forecasting system. This is because a given system that decides what a customer sees, or what a threat is, should be understood by the person who answers for it, down to the model.
Security is a starting condition. The standard is not negotiable.
